Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of VARC Drill at varcdrill.in (the "Service"), operated by VARCDRILL APP, a sole proprietorship based in India ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You sign in with an email and password or with your Google account. You must give accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• Your account is for you alone. Sharing it, or selling or lending access, is not allowed and may lead to suspension.

2. What the Service offers

VARC Drill provides timed, on-site practice tests for the Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC) section of the CAT exam: full sectionals, mini Reading Comprehension tests and mini Verbal Ability tests, with scoring, explanations and performance analytics.

• Free sample tests: a small set of tests is available without payment.
• Starter (₹299): full sectionals 1 to 25.
• Standard (₹349): all 50 full sectionals.
• Premium (₹399): all 50 full sectionals, 25 mini Reading Comprehension tests and 25 mini Verbal Ability tests.

Plans are one-time payments in Indian Rupees at the price shown at checkout. Tests are taken on the Service only; they are not available as downloads.

3. Attempts

Free sample tests can be attempted once (1) per account; tests included in a paid plan can be attempted at most two (2) times per account. A test you have started but not submitted can be resumed; once you submit, that attempt is used. You can reopen the full result of every submitted attempt from your Analysis page. Scores and answers are checked on our servers, and the results shown by the Service are final.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, download, record, reproduce or redistribute passages, questions, answers, explanations or other content, in whole or in part, by any means;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service or its answers;
• attempt to bypass the paywall, attempt limits or any security measure, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities;
• resell, share or commercially exploit access to the Service; or
• use the Service in any unlawful way or in a way that harms other users or the Service.

You may share your own scores and result cards, for example on social media.

5. Intellectual property

The Service and all its content are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and its content for your own exam preparation. All other rights are reserved. See our Copyright page for details.

6. No guarantee of results; no affiliation

The Service is a practice aid. We do not guarantee any score, percentile, admission or other outcome in the CAT exam or any other test. Our tests are modelled on the CAT pattern but are not actual CAT questions. VARC Drill is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Indian Institutes of Management or the body conducting the CAT.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Access is granted to your account after payment is confirmed. Please read our Refund & Delivery Policy before buying; all purchases are final and non-refundable except as stated there.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove content and features. We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
