Ownership

The VARC Drill website and everything on it, including the reading passages, questions, answer options, answers, explanations, test structure, scoring and analytics, text, graphics, layout and software, is owned by or licensed to VARCDRILL APP to the fullest extent permitted by law, and is protected by Indian copyright law and other applicable laws.

What you may do

• Use the tests and explanations for your own, personal, non-commercial exam preparation.
• Share your own scores and result cards, and link to the site.
• Quote a short extract with clear credit to VARC Drill and a link back to varcdrill.in, for example when discussing the site.

What you may not do

• Copy, photograph, screen-record, scrape, translate, republish or redistribute test content, in whole or in part, in any medium (including in coaching material, group chats, forums or social media channels).
• Sell, rent, share or otherwise commercially exploit the content or your access to it.
• Use the content to train or test machine-learning systems.
• Remove copyright or brand notices.

Breach of these terms may result in suspension of your account without refund and legal action.

Third-party names

CAT is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management. VARC Drill is an independent product, is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and its tests are practice material modelled on the exam pattern, not actual exam questions. All other names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the exam we help you prepare for.
